**Junior Services Analyst** ====================================== TOTVS \| Ribeirão Preto \- SP \| Hybrid Job Description Carry out software implementation and maintenance at client sites, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and the success of the assigned project. Responsibilities and duties * Perform low-complexity service activities with a high level of supervision and guidance, either on-site or remotely; * Implement and maintain software at client sites with high levels of guidance and supervision, following TOTVS Implementation Methodology and established team processes; * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and results, fulfilling assigned tasks according to established processes and procedures; * Perform essential activities such as configuration, simulation, and functional testing (low complexity) to ensure correct software implementation; * Monitor testing, identify product errors, and produce documentation related to the project execution phase, contributing to scope delivery in accordance with TOTVS Implementation Methodology; * Identify low and medium-complexity issues, being able to distinguish between product and process errors. Requirements and qualifications Education: Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in the relevant field. Full availability for travel Desirable requirements * Knowledge in the relevant field is desirable; * Familiarity with TOTVS products in the relevant area is desirable.
