Job Summary: A Marketing professional to plan, execute and monitor online and offline campaigns, create content, manage digital channels and analyze metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Management and optimization of digital channels and analysis of metrics **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns; * Create and revise content for social media, email marketing, blog, website, institutional and promotional materials; * Manage and optimize digital channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.); * Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare results reports; * Support internal communication initiatives and corporate events; * Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer behavior studies; * Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and influencers; * Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand positioning; * Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, RD Station, etc.); * Knowledge of SEO, inbound marketing and marketing automation; * Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools is a plus; * Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; * Proactivity and creativity; * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines; * Analytical ability and results orientation; * Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
