Prepare and analyze financial management reports The SEB Group is hiring a **SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST**, to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join the SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily management of the Group’s companies’ cash position, monitoring balances and financial transactions, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations. * Monitoring and control of resource inflows and outflows, ensuring proper execution of cash flow and supporting treasury management efficiency. * Administration of financial contracts related to debt and insurance, including tracking deadlines, contractual terms, and financial obligations. * Management of bank and related-party indebtedness, monitoring payment schedules, financial charges, and leverage indicators. * Preparation and analysis of financial management reports, including cash position, indebtedness, and financial investments, providing analytical support to management. * Support the company’s financial and strategic planning through data consolidation, financial analyses, and generation of insights for decision-making. * Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Audit departments, ensuring information alignment, process compliance, and accuracy of financial records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Solid experience in finance, preferably in Treasury. * Strong analytical capability, with ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including preparation and analysis of financial spreadsheets. * Experience with financial calculations and analyses related to cash flow, indebtedness, and financial investments. * Experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) – Treasury will be considered a differentiator. * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work Mode: On-site \- at the Administrative Headquarters With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a global, vibrant, and multicultural community grounded in educational excellence.
