SEB Group is hiring a **SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**, to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join the SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage bank balances of corporate checking accounts, arranging transfers to maintain adequate balances across accounts; * Generate payment and/or receipt files, monitor returns, and implement adjustments and corrections in case of rejections; * Reconcile rejected and processed payments; * Propose improvements to routine processes (critical thinking); * Monitor automatic debits and ensure financial health of the Group’s checking accounts; * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations; * Track and manage expense reports for travel reimbursements, corporate cards, and supplier advances. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of financial routines related to accounts payable reconciliation and monthly closing; * Experience with ERP Dynamics will be considered a plus; * Knowledge and experience using banking platforms (mandatory); * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) will be considered a plus. **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work modality: On-site – at the Administrative Headquarters.
