Grupo SEB is hiring a **Senior Business Intelligence Analyst**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical dashboards and reports using BI tools—Microsoft Power BI. * Conduct data gathering, modeling, processing, and analysis from multiple sources (relational databases, APIs, spreadsheets, internal systems). * Apply product mindset, focusing on solving business problems through data, including idea experimentation (prototyping) and validation based on feedback, while considering usability, technical feasibility, and business impact. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency, proposing continuous improvements to ETL/ELT processes and data governance. * Collaborate closely with business areas to understand needs, define KPIs, validate prototypes, and continuously align analytical solutions with strategic objectives. * Participate in data projects, building scalable and automated analytical solutions. * Monitor dashboard and metric performance, proposing evidence-based adjustments and enhancements. * Document processes, calculation rules, data structures, and information flows to ensure traceability and standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Administration with emphasis on Analytics, or related fields. * Solid experience in data modeling, advanced SQL, and handling large volumes of data. * Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI) and knowledge of DAX and Power Query. * Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) knowledge is desirable. * Experience with Data Warehouse or Data Lake architectures is desirable. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * For candidates located in Ribeirão Preto\-SP: On-site mode, working at the Administrative Headquarters.
