Description
Minerva Foods is the leading exporter of beef in South America and also operates in the processed food segment, marketing its products to more than 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.
With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1\) Ensure product receipt, verifying compliance with delivery dates, tare weights, and internal Company procedures, aiming for operational improvement and item release for sale.
2\) Process product dispatch write-offs, considering specific requirements during order picking for ME (Export Market) and MI (Domestic Market), implementing FEFO (First Expired, First Out) segregation to enable shipment release for invoicing.
3\) Oversee cold storage chamber organization, guiding the workforce according to predefined criteria to ensure accurate product location assignment.
4\) Track loaded vehicles at the Distribution Center (DC) using GPS trackers, reporting tracker numbers to the insurance team to enable monitoring in accordance with Company standards.
5\) Manage the inventory team, ensuring all activities comply with Company policies and procedures, with objectives including employee motivation, engagement, retention, succession planning, area development, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
6\) Guarantee product storage according to each item's classification, considering location assignment, density, date-criticality, packaging types, and ensuring logistics alignment for each cold chamber and market type.
