As our Tracking Operator, you will be a key player in ensuring the safety of cargo, drivers, and customers across the country. **Your main responsibilities** **Monitor** trips and cargo in real time through tracking systems. **Handle alerts** of varying risk levels by following security procedures. **Proactively communicate** with drivers and clients via phone and WhatsApp, sending commands and messages to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with insurance policies. **Activate** the Intelligence Center (CIA) in cases of suspected incidents or high-risk situations. **Perform** vehicle checklists and test sensors to ensure proper equipment operation. **Contribute** improvement suggestions, actively participating in the evolution of our processes. **Maintain excellent service quality** to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets. **What we are looking for:** Previous experience in **customer service**. **Completed high school education**. **Skills:** proactivity, ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions, excellent communication, and focused attention. **What Atlas GR offers** **Dental plan.** **Optional Medical Plan:** Partner plan with Unimed at rates below standard fees. **Retail Workers' Day off** (once per year).
