Join the FERAS team! We are seeking an Attendant A. Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing customers’ needs and requests. - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and food safety. - Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace, maintaining compliance with sanitary regulations. - Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, reporting replenishment needs to management. - Support event and buffet setups, ensuring proper product placement. - Contribute suggestions for improving services and internal processes. - Possess knowledge of company products and services, as well as current provisions of the Consumer Protection Code. - Control and minimize food waste by applying efficient practices aligned with Atrio’s procedures. - Draft monthly activity reports documenting all incidents related to company products, requests, complaints, and actions taken, supporting decision-making. Requirements: - Completed High School education. - Experience in this field or in a similar role.
