Check out below the internship opportunity we have for you!** **\#JOINMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Supporting the development and evolution of management indicators (KPIs); * Assisting in analyses to support decision-making and creating monitoring tools for business management; * Supporting the creation and maintenance of management dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel); * Standardizing monitoring routines, driving continuous improvement, and automating manual routines; * Translating data into objective narratives; * Supporting database structuring, data integration and consistency, as well as data organization and operational efficiency; Supporting internal processes with a business-oriented perspective. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek:** * Undergraduate students currently enrolled in higher education programs in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Information Systems / Computer Science; * Availability to complete the 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning or afternoon shift). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of Power BI (modeling + basic measures); SQL (basic and intermediate queries); Data modeling (relational, fact/dimension); SSIS / ETL (or any hands-on experience with data integration). * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics **Work Location:** **Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work model);** **Additional Information** **What we offer interns:** * Internship stipend of R$2\.363,26, increasing to R$2\.588,72 after 90 days; * Transportation allowance—no deduction from the stipend; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance—no deduction from the stipend; * Mercantil Academy for Development All positions are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
