Our client is a **Technology** company seeking a **Technical Support Assistant** to join their team and perform the following responsibilities: * Provide technical support to customers, clarifying questions about system functionality; * Guide users in correctly using platform features; * Assist in resolving operational issues, such as system errors, access difficulties, or process failures; * Provide remote support via phone, chat, or other channels defined by the company; * Record and track all support interactions, maintaining an updated history in the internal system; * Escalate complex requests to responsible departments (IT, development, or sales); * Support customers during data migration and system updates, when required; * Suggest improvements to support processes, contributing to enhanced customer experience; * Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, empathetic, and efficient service. Requirements: * Driver's license category B; * Basic knowledge of systems; * Typing skills; * Availability for occasional travel.
