Practical experience in warehouse operations is essential **FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (INVENTORY)** **Sector:** Industry \| Perimeter Security \| Metallurgy **Work Model:** On-site – Ribeirão Preto/SP **CBO:** 4141\-05 **Job Objective** Ensure control, organization, and availability of all company materials, guaranteeing accurate inflows and outflows, preventing stockouts, overstocking, losses, and inventory discrepancies, while supporting continuous operational functionality. **Main Responsibilities** * Pick materials for production, installations, and sales * Control and record **material inflows and outflows** in the system * Perform accurate and real-time inventory adjustments * Monitor stock levels and anticipate stockout risks * Request replenishments according to consumption and company guidelines * Control and restock store materials * Manage all company supplies, including: * raw materials * PPEs * office supplies and general consumables * Maintain an organized, labeled, and clean inventory * Support periodic inventories and stock verifications **Customer Service and Counter Operations** * Pick, verify, and **deliver materials at the company counter**, exclusively for on-site pickup * Guide customers on verifying materials upon pickup * Accurately record material outflows in the system **Material Receiving** * Monitor material arrivals * Verify quantity, specifications, and documentation (invoice vs. purchase order) * Identify and report discrepancies or damages * Direct unloading to the correct location * Provide **occasional and light** manual material handling support when necessary **Desired Profile** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in warehouse or inventory control * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented profile * Responsibility for records and controls * Ability to work in a small-sized company * Good communication with production, sales, and administration teams * Commitment to schedules, routines, and standards * Proficiency in **basic to intermediate Excel** (data control and verification) Formal education is not mandatory. **Practical experience is essential.** **What is NOT part of this role** * External material delivery or transportation to customers * Acting as a driver or delivery person * Strategic procurement or supplier negotiations * Team management * Administrative office tasks * Commercial or strategic decision-making **Employment Type** * Monday to Friday * Business hours * On-site work **Compensation** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 * **Monthly bonus:** up to **R$ 400,00**, contingent upon: * Accurate inventory control * Absence of critical material shortages * Correct and organized system adjustments * **Attendance and punctuality (no absences or delays)** **Potential monthly total:** up to **R$ 2\.900,00** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.900,00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Inventory management (Mandatory) * Warehouse experience (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
