With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, distributed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor deliveries of secondary logistics vehicles, assist drivers with possible process anomalies, handle returns with a focus on return reversal, identify and address critical or low-performing vehicles (e.g., not logged in, deviating from route sequence, or exhibiting low refrigeration efficiency). Handle open customer service tickets from the Call Center via monitoring, aiming for operational excellence. * Monitor vehicles en route, assist drivers with potential anomalies to prevent stops and delays, track trip performance indicators and pickup execution, ensuring deliveries are completed on the scheduled date and time as per the routing plan. * Monitor returns and open logistics service requests, analyze related causes, act proactively, engage responsible departments, contact the commercial team, and manage return handling, pickups, and extended goods receipt times, while pursuing return reversal. * Monitor logistics-related returns, escalate to transportation managers for appropriate handling, review cases involving critical vehicles to support decision-making jointly with responsible managers, aiming to identify unplanned overnight stays or redeliveries. * Address open service requests by directing activities to interfacing departments, prioritizing requests from strategic customers Zafira, E-commerce, and AS (Self-Service), schedule pickups, implement requested changes to service tickets, and meet commercial team requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing High School education. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information** Health Insurance.
