Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to ensure agility, control, and quality in deliveries through operational transportation monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Operational transportation monitoring and truck tracking. 2. Handling of incidents and support to teams. 3. Management of transportation documents and report preparation. **Position: Logistics Analyst** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to perform operational transportation monitoring, ensuring agility, control, and quality in deliveries. The professional will be responsible for monitoring trucks, handling incidents, supporting internal teams, drivers, and logistics partners, and managing transportation documents such as manifests and CT\-es. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor delivery operations and truck movement along routes. * Handle **incidents** (delays, damages, route issues, etc.). * Provide **support to internal teams**, drivers, and logistics partners. * Issue, verify, and organize **manifests** and **CT\-es** according to procedures. * Prepare and submit **operational reports** and performance indicators. * Support communication with customers, maintaining up-to-date information. * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields preferred). * Experience in logistics, transportation, or cargo monitoring. * Knowledge of issuing **CT\-e**, **MDF\-e**, and other transportation documents. * **Familiarity with the Rodopar system will be considered an advantage.** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel is an advantage). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 1:48 AM.** **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Sense of urgency and decision-making ability. * Organization, discipline, and effective communication. * Ability to work collaboratively and handle unforeseen situations.
