The **Grupo Toniello** is looking for an **Insurance Company Representative** for its dealership in **Ribeirão Preto – SP**, who possesses an agile, organized, and communicative profile. This professional will be responsible for overseeing quotation, order, and delivery processes, ensuring agility and quality in service to insurance companies and repair shops. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Experience in the automotive parts sector is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Respond to parts quotations and estimates for insurance companies via online portals; Create, track, and maintain approved parts orders (including factory orders); Issue invoices and record deliveries in insurance company systems; Coordinate parts dispatch and delivery with warehouse and logistics carriers; Serve insurance companies and repair shops via phone and other communication channels; Resolve issues related to damages, delays, or incorrect parts; Monitor parts exchange, returns, and claims processes; Manage relationships among insurance companies, logistics carriers, and the parts center. **BENEFITS:** Medical, dental, and pharmacy plans; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub (fitness and wellness); Birthday Day Off.
