Ensure efficient and safe fleet operations **EBEG Embalagens**, a brand of the **EBEG Group**, focused on manufacturing, importing, and distributing packaging, disposable items, and hygiene and cleaning products, is seeking a **Fleet Assistant** to join the team in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**, working on a schedule of **Monday to Friday from 10:48 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM\.** Your **mission** will be to support activities related to the company’s vehicle fleet management, oversee maintenance, fueling, documentation, insurance, traffic fines, and performance metrics, ensuring the fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements. Responsibilities and Duties **Your main challenges will include:** * Monitoring vehicle availability, performance, and condition, including yard support; * Conducting checklists and yard inspections, evaluating oil and tire replacement needs together with drivers; * Providing daily operational support to drivers, workshops, and suppliers; * Managing preventive and corrective fleet maintenance in systems; * Organizing and controlling fleet documentation; * Performing data entry in systems and spreadsheets; * Assisting in cost analysis, incident tracking, and fleet performance indicators; * Supporting claims processes for heavy and light fleet vehicles.
