Main Responsibilities: Monitoring driver arrivals at XD; \> Recording arrival forecasts and actual arrivals; \> Updating online spreadsheet for client; \> Guiding drivers on app usage; \> Monitoring and guiding internal and client procedures; \> Instructing on proper use of PPE; \> Identifying unsafe conditions; \> Monitoring WhatsApp groups; \> Conducting Gemba walks; \> Participating in meetings and generating reports; \> Supporting vehicle entry and exit at XD; \> Performing vehicle inspections; \> Assisting drivers; \> Handling and resolving cargo loss incidents; \> Monitoring driver training sessions; Benefits: * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * University tuition discounts Job Details: Work Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM Work Mode: 100% in-person Location: P724\+CX, Cravinhos \- SP, 14140\-000 \- Cravinhos \- Ribeirão/SP Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
