We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to work under CLT employment regime, on-site. As a CNC Lathe Operator, your main responsibilities will be: * Prepare the CNC lathe machine for machining according to project specifications; * Interpret technical drawings and machining programs, ensuring correct execution of tasks; * Load required programs into the CNC lathe and adjust operating parameters; * Perform part machining while closely monitoring the entire process; * Inspect the quality of produced parts, ensuring compliance with established standards. Requirements: For this position, we seek a professional with the following qualifications: * Technical course in CNC Lathe Programming and Setup; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of quality processes in the manufacturing industry; * Commitment, strong interpersonal skills, organization, results orientation, and proactivity. Benefits: In return, we offer a salary of R$2.400,00, meal allowance of R$200.00, and Hapvida health plan (effective after the probationary period), plus a relocation allowance of R$200.00 for candidates residing outside Cravinhos. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:12 PM)** ***Starting in January, working hours will change to night shift from 10:08 PM to 7:00 AM (break from 3:00 AM to 4:12 AM)*** Join our team and contribute to the growth of this established company in the market.
