




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage, analyze, and plan the company's financial operations, ensuring organized financial information and supporting strategic decision-making. Create indicators and KPIs for the finance department. We are seeking a **Financial Analyst** to manage, analyze, and plan the company's financial operations, ensuring organized financial information and supporting strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for overseeing the organization's entire financial process; Execute accounts payable activities; Input data into financial management systems (accounts payable and receivable entries), schedule bank payments, perform bank reconciliations, send invoices to customers, monitor delinquency, process benefit payments, and verify payment accuracy; Generate financial and managerial reports; Issue electronic invoices (NFes) and bank slips (boletos), transmit information to accounting departments (files), organize and prepare financial files and documents; Create indicators and KPIs for the department; And other responsibilities related to the finance department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Solid experience in accounts payable and routine financial tasks * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) * Experience with invoice entry and verification * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Business hours, Monday through Friday From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
