They also assist customers and maintain organization at the checkout area, contributing to a fast and efficient shopping experience. * Scan items in the system and complete sales transactions. * + Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, PIX, or other available methods. + Issue fiscal invoices, fiscal receipts, and payment confirmations. + Verify received amounts and provide correct change. + Perform cash drawer opening and closing procedures. + Manage and organize documents, receipts, and payment confirmations. + Assist customers with questions regarding payments, exchanges, or returns. + Keep the workplace clean and organized. + Support the sales team as needed. + This position is located in a shopping mall store; availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends is required.
