Perform macroscopic analysis of biopsy specimens received from healthcare units, medical offices, and clinics, in accordance with physician requests. Specimens must be labeled with the patient’s identification number and initials, specimen type and/or collection site, and then forwarded for histological processing. Carry out all steps of test processing, prioritizing quality and adherence to deadlines, including troubleshooting technical issues related to equipment and supplies. Macroscopic analysis of low-, medium-, and high-complexity specimens, as well as surgical specimens.
