




**Description:** **What you need for this position:** High school diploma (technical education in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry or related fields will be considered a plus); Previous experience in inspection or quality control activities in the food industry or similar; Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety and quality standards (HACCP/ISO 22000 is a plus); Ability to interpret technical standards and procedures; Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team; Availability to work on shift 2 (6x1 \- 14:35 to 22:49\) **How your day will be here:** Perform inspection and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products; Carry out production process checks, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction; Assist in developing and monitoring action plans to reduce quality-related incidents; Fill out food safety and quality reports, when applicable; Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Pre-requisite Programs (OPRP), according to established training and procedures; Execute immediate corrections and report quality and safety deviations to the Quality Analyst and/or supervisor; Comply with and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility standards; Report and/or halt unsafe acts and conditions, contributing to incident and accident prevention; Act responsibly in the use of natural resources, supporting sustainable practices aligned with ESG guidelines; Collaborate in maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness, respecting the Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct. 251026020222690023
