




Job Summary: Responsible for assigning tasks, coordinating teams, monitoring project progress, managing working hours, and overseeing materials and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams on site 2. Management of construction progress and activity planning 3. Coordination of materials and equipment for the project **Assign tasks to the site workforce:** painters, masons, carpenters, laborers, rebar workers/ironworkers, tile setters, crane operators, among others; Identify the need for subcontractor services (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ceiling, and air conditioning), reporting to the subcontractor supervisor or Site Manager; Record project progress information in the Daily Log (tasks x daily summary x deadlines); Monitor and control the working hours of the site workforce (site labor); Conduct training and provide technical guidance on tasks to the site workforce; Request or temporarily assign employees from/to other company projects; Supervise suppliers, material deliveries, and/or rented equipment, identifying optimal storage locations; List and request company-owned or rented materials and equipment with adequate lead time, ensuring their proper maintenance. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Experience in companies within the Civil Construction sector.
