Join our TEAM and contribute to the accelerated growth of a company that values unity, quality, and believes that change is essential for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree** in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy; * **Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry:** synthesis reactions, catalysis, basic mechanisms, and electron transfer; * **Applied Synthesis Chemistry:** planning simple synthetic routes, selecting reagents, and protection/deprotection techniques; * **Analytical Methods:** chromatography (TLC, HPLC), spectroscopy (UV\-Vis, IR), and data interpretation; * **Bench Techniques:** handling reagents/solvents, temperature and time control, use of simple reactors; * **Purification and Characterization:** recrystallization, extraction, filtration, and basic spectral/purity analysis; * **Control and Safety:** SOPs, GLP, chemical safety regulations, waste disposal, PPE, and GMP/GLP; * **Support:** record keeping, sample traceability, basic instrument calibration, and laboratory software; * **Reside in the São Carlos region.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or intermediate English; * Master’s or Ph.D. degree. **Responsibilities:** * Follow SOPs and quality standards in organic synthesis processes; * Perform, document, and report synthesis and associated analytical results; * Prepare, organize, and manage raw materials, reagents, catalysts, solvents, and samples (registration, storage, disposal, transportation); * Perform purification and preparation techniques (extractions, column chromatography, solutions); * Prepare reports, test certificates, and analytical certificates; * Operate, maintain, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment; * Ensure safety and proper disposal of chemical waste; * Maintain up-to-date records, documents, and backups; * Report deviations, errors, or non-conformities to supervision/quality; * Organize the workplace and inventory, including reagent and standard lists; * Collaborate in synthesis planning and coordination with service providers. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding company; * Market-competitive benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break.
