Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Environmental Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Biology; Environmental Management; or related fields; Experience with environmental legislation applicable to the transportation and logistics sector (federal, state, and municipal); Experience with greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories (GHG Protocol); Experience in corporate sustainability projects or environmental certifications; Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices and reporting; Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Sustainability, Environmental Management, ESG, or Integrated Management Systems; Certifications or specialized courses in: Environmental Legislation and ISO 14001 Certification (Environmental Management Systems); Knowledge of interpretation and implementation of environmental management procedures and systems (ISO 14001). * Implement and structure environmental processes across all Imediato Nexway units, consolidating existing practices and controls; * Develop, review, and implement corporate environmental procedures and instructions (e.g., waste, effluents, emissions, natural resource consumption, etc.); * Support the implementation of environmental indicators and targets, ensuring traceability, measurement, and reporting to management dashboards (Corporate Beacon / ESG); * Manage the identification, tracking, and control of environmental licenses, permits, and conditions, ensuring compliance deadlines and alignment with environmental agencies; * Conduct internal and external environmental audits, propose corrective action plans, and promote continuous improvement; * Support the SSMA department in developing environmental awareness programs, training sessions, and educational campaigns for operational teams; * Monitor compliance with legal requirements and support supplier and partner management under environmental criteria (transportation, waste disposal, fuel stations, etc.); * Participate in sustainability and circular economy projects, aligning the environmental pillar with the company’s ESG objectives; * Support the preparation of environmental reports and inventories, contributing to transparency and accountability toward internal and external stakeholders. 2512120202501915666
