Ensuring deliveries with quality, on time, and real impact Yosen | Ribeirão Preto | SP | On-site Job Description Lead IT projects and solutions technically, bridging business needs with technological execution, and ensuring deliveries with quality, timeliness, and real operational impact. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead end-to-end IT projects, from requirements gathering through delivery and maintenance. * Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment. * Translate business demands into feasible technical solutions, defining scope, schedule, and deliverables. * Coordinate project execution in practice with internal teams and vendors. * Ensure technical documentation and project status tracking for management purposes. * Assess change impacts and ensure system and process stability. * Propose improvements, automations, and new solutions to enhance operational efficiency. * Support architecture definition and system integration. * Manage technology vendors and partners, where applicable. * Ensure compliance with information security best practices and IT governance standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience leading IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery. * Experience with agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK). * Experience gathering requirements and interfacing with business units. * Knowledge of systems analysis, integrations, and solution architecture. * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar). * Analytical, organized profile with strong prioritization skills. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience leading multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with BI, data, or process automation. * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Protheus) and integrations. * Experience in industrial environments or complex operations. * Certifications in project management or agile methodologies (Scrum, PMP, ITIL). * English proficiency for technical reading.
