Main Responsibilities * **Identity and Access Management:** * Administer the Web Domain system and cloud file server (user creation, permissions, and access control). * **Cloud Infrastructure Health:** Monitor the VPS server, ensuring performance, stability, and health of Docker containers, as well as auditing log analysis. * **Data Governance:** Manage backup routines, ensuring integrity, availability, and security of TMS information. Provide support to employees, guaranteeing full functionality of daily-used tools and systems. Anticipate failures, prevent incidents, autonomously seek solutions, and propose improvements to the IT environment. Technical Requirements * **Technical Support:** * **Proactivity and Continuous Improvement:** * Experience with **Linux (CLI)** and container management using **Docker**. * Knowledge of **Windows (Operating System Administration)**. * Experience configuring **VPS** and managing **DNS (Cloudflare)**. * Understanding of **Networking (TCP/IP, routing, and security)**. * Familiarity with **Backup and Data Recovery** procedures. * English for technical reading (consultation of international documentation). Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of **Rclone** and scripting for routine automation. * Proficiency in technical documentation using **Markdown**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Office (Excel)**, especially formulas for automating manual tasks. * Analytical, organized profile with strong information security responsibility.
