Do you understand that language will be the bridge to experiencing all of this? https://www.adm.com/en\-us/ **Position: Senior Financial Process Analyst** **Responsibilities for this position:** * Plan, implement, and monitor projects from conception through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. * Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and maintenance of project documentation. * Monitor and report on project performance by creating reports, KPIs, and recommending adjustments when necessary. * Identify, propose, and implement solutions that optimize workflows and organizational resources, with a focus on operational excellence. * Facilitate project status meetings, reviews, and closures. * Conduct data analysis and problem diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency in developing performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical reports. * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, Asana, etc. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Requisition Number** 108058BR \#LI\-Hybrid **Reference ID** \#LI\-JD1
