Job Summary: Responsible for technical procurement and contracting of services for building and industrial maintenance, ensuring supply and inventory control, as well as supporting the operations team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical procurement for building and industrial maintenance 2. Experience in contracting maintenance services 3. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical materials **Requirements:** * Experience in technical procurement for building and/or industrial maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and building materials; * Experience in contracting maintenance services; * Basic understanding of inventory control; * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Procure parts, materials, and supplies for building and industrial maintenance; * Request quotations, negotiate, and contract maintenance services; * Analyze technical specifications and service scopes; * Issue, track purchase orders and delivery deadlines; * Develop and maintain maintenance suppliers; * Control costs and support budgeting for the department; * Manage inventory of parts and materials; * Ensure supply to the maintenance team; * Maintain procurement records and documentation; * Support the maintenance team with operational requests.
