Your commission will be leveraged according to the team of negotiators’ proficiency/performance.\*\* \*\- Build positive and effective client relationships during calls.\*\* \*\- Prospect clients via phone calls and WhatsApp, organizing information and negotiations in the CRM.\*\* \*\- Propose new solutions to clients based on Vivo Empresas’ portfolio to achieve successful business closures.\*\* \*\- Update customer registration data within your client base.\*\* \*\- Maintain appropriate and assertive conduct aligned with the company’s image.\*\* \*\- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Excel / Word).\*\* \*\- Excellent verbal and professional communication skills are essential.\*\* \*\- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.\*\* Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: Medical insurance Meal voucher Transportation voucher Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Additional Compensation: Commission Compensation Range: R$1\.621,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
