Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the customer service team to ensure service quality, store organization, and continuous employee training. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate the customer service team to ensure quality standards. 2. Organize work schedules and train the team on daily routines. 3. Monitor displayed products, expiration dates, and pricing. Supervise, coordinate, and control the customer service team (counter, cashier, coffee break, and café), conducting individual and group follow-ups, providing feedback and guidance to ensure service standards; Coordinate customer orders and identify their needs to determine the best service approach; Organize daily work schedules for the entire team, always considering store requirements to maintain service quality; Monitor the condition of displayed products, checking expiration dates, packaging presentation, and correct pricing; Advise on the need to remove products for disposal or correction of issues; Train the team on executing sector routines. **REQUIREMENTS –** Experience working as a coordinator/manager; Experience in customer service; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; Completed high school education. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Additional certifications; Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. **NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** Interpersonal communication; Planning; Organization; Leadership; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.245,90 – R$2.470,49 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
