Focus on continuous improvement and people management We are looking for an **HR Analyst** with strategic vision and generalist expertise who goes beyond operational routines and actively contributes to organizational development and strengthening of company culture. Main Responsibilities: * Serve as a generalist across HR subsystems; * Develop and implement **training and development** programs; * Design and administer **organizational climate surveys**, including indicator analysis and action plans; * Structure and monitor **organizational charts, job descriptions, and job and salary structures**; * Develop strategies for **employee retention and engagement**; * Source, negotiate, and implement **corporate benefits**; * Create and manage **recognition and award programs**; * Organize **internal events and initiatives** (commemorative dates, campaigns, team integration, etc.); * Support leadership in team development and people management; * Monitor HR metrics and propose continuous improvements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience as a generalist HR professional with strategic involvement; * Experience in training, organizational climate, and benefits management; * Knowledge of job and salary structure design; * Strong communication, organizational, and systemic thinking skills; * Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience implementing strategic HR projects; * Experience working in medium-sized companies; * Familiarity with performance indicators (HR KPIs).
