We value each employee’s knowledge and seek individuals who wish to **add value** to the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform manual packaging, operate machines and equipment; carry out production order setup and request maintenance when necessary; ensure quality of information transferred during shift handover; * Read, interpret, and comply with work instructions, quality indicators, and related documents; perform tasks within required quality standards; notify production leader immediately upon identifying any discrepancies; record process parameters in IAFOX; * Carry out cleaning activities to enhance the maintenance and productivity of injection molding machines according to work instructions; * Perform work safely, remaining vigilant regarding hazards and risks posed by equipment; report equipment anomalies to leadership; ensure one’s own physical integrity as well as that of other employees; perform occupational gymnastics at scheduled times and designated workplace locations; * Comply with the Integrated Policy on Quality and Socio-Environmental Responsibility, company procedures and practices, and applicable legal requirements; combat waste and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Supply materials as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience/Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good communication skills; * Sense of responsibility; * Proactivity; * Personal transportation; * Experience in production or with injection molding machines. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 44 hours/week Shift 2: 3:20 PM to 12:53 AM **Benefits:** Co-payment Unimed health plan; On-site meals; Food allowance: BRL 303.00/month; Fuel allowance: BRL 200.00/month; Group life insurance; Childcare assistance; Maternity leave (with 2-month extension); Paternity leave (30 days); Mental Health Program; SESI agreement (Club and School); Birthday day off; Occupational gymnastics; Total Pass. **All our positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
