Assistance in various production department activities and maintenance of organizational order Job Description **Position:** MACHINE ASSEMBLER I **Working Hours:** 07:00 AM TO 05:00 PM (Monday to Thursday); Friday: 07:00 AM TO 04:00 PM; Salary: R$ 11.70/hour (Approx. R$ 2\.574.00/month); Benefits: Attendance bonus, transportation allowance, meal card or physical food basket option, health insurance, dental insurance, group life insurance, pharmacy partnership, PPR (Profit Sharing Plan), TOTALPASS, university partnership, SESI partnership **Requirements:** Completed high school education **Responsibilities:** \- Transport from the finished goods warehouse all components required for machine/product assembly, as scheduled by the department. \- Assemble batches of component sets, accessories, and machines/products such as commercial choppers, bagging machines, band saws, tenderizers, and processors, strictly following technical specifications outlined in drawings, project documents, or procedural manuals. \- Test, adjust, and repair machines/products until optimal functionality is achieved. \- Perform necessary mechanical/electrical adjustments. \- Approve and release assembled products, provided they meet quality standards. \- Conduct visual inspection and external cleaning of products/machines. \- Assist in removing machines/products from workbenches and pre-packaging them. \- Assist in assembling other machines/products such as mixers, homogenizers, industrial band saws, etc., as part of training. \- Request materials, tools, and supplies related to task performance from the warehouse. \- Assist in other production department-related activities. \- Enter production order (O.P.) opening and closing information into the SKA system. \- Record produced parts/machines in the WMS system. \- Properly use, maintain, and store personal protective equipment (PPE) required for assigned tasks. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization within the work area in accordance with the 5S standard.
