Job Details Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Professional Area: Customer Service – Telephone Operators/Receptionists Working Hours: 36 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 4:45 AM to 11:00 AM (15-minute break) – Rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts Salary: BRL 1,200.00 – BRL 1,600.00 Benefits Transportation Allowance; Weekly Rest Day Pay (DSR); Responsibilities and Duties Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service to students and visitors; – Register users, sell plans, and manage access control; – Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area according to established standards; – Support the unit’s commercial and administrative teams; – Participate in relationship-building initiatives and promotional campaigns; – Ensure a positive experience at all student touchpoints.
