Job Summary: Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst to execute and monitor commercial initiatives, supporting the team in Fee Based, Financial Planning, and Open Investments. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to process organization and performance tracking. We are seeking a **Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst** to execute and monitor the area’s commercial initiatives. This professional will be responsible for **ensuring implementation of already-defined strategies**, supporting the commercial team in tracking KPIs and operationalizing **Fee Based, Financial Planning, and Open Investments** initiatives. This position involves direct interaction with the commercial team and the company’s strategic areas, contributing to process organization and performance tracking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the commercial planning already structured by the area; * Ensure strategic initiatives are implemented as defined; * Operate planned commercial actions; * Monitor performance of commercial initiatives; * Track departmental KPIs and metrics using dashboards and BI tools; * Flag performance deviations or improvement opportunities; * Organize and monitor the area’s operational workflows; * Support structuring and execution of commercial processes; * Organize materials, invitations, and schedules related to initiatives; * Participate in follow-up and alignment meetings for commercial initiatives; * Support scheduling and invitation management; * Facilitate communication among project-involved departments; * Direct involvement in initiatives related to: **Fee Based, Financial Planning, and Open Investments.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in commercial, commercial planning, or strategy roles; * Familiarity with the investment market; * Knowledge or understanding of the Fee Based model; * Analytical, organized, and execution-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact across departments; * Immediate availability to start.
