The position will also be responsible for continuous control and monitoring of applied prices, ensuring adherence to budgeted and planned values. Additionally, the role plays a **key part in supporting business decision-making**, contributing to competitiveness, financial sustainability, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. This is a position with strong interface with Commercial, Controller, and Marketing departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, review, and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives; * Assess financial impacts of price adjustments, discounts, and commercial policies; * Conduct price elasticity, market sensitivity, and competitiveness studies; * Support leadership in decision-making through analyses and scenarios; * Monitor pricing-related performance indicators (KPIs); * Propose improvements to pricing processes, policies, and governance; * Serve as a technical reference within the area and across partner departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in pricing, market intelligence or commercial areas, controller, or similar analytical functions; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query; * Intermediate knowledge of SQL, with ability to write data analysis queries using joins, aggregations, simple subqueries, conditional functions, and data handling; * Data analysis capability and ability to build management reports; * Strategic vision and strong results orientation; * Strong communication skills for interaction with non-technical departments. **Required Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and strategic vision; * Negotiation and influence skills; * Clear and assertive communication; * Proactivity and critical thinking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Python, R, Databricks); * Experience in large-scale companies or highly complex environments. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
