About the position: The Product Analyst | Project and Evolution is responsible for analyzing the market, identifying opportunities, designing products, and managing the customer lifecycle. What you will deliver: * Market, competition, and customer analysis; * Identification of business opportunities, new sales channels, improvements, innovation, and differentiation; * Product, service, feature, and customer-facing system interface design; * Prospecting partners within the product ecosystem; * Governance of implementation projects, specifying responsibilities and aligning timelines between ACS’s Business Intelligence and Sales & Customer Service Management teams, and the Group’s Marketing Management team; * Structured communication of implementation progress to ACS’s Planning and Control Coordination and the Group’s Project Management team; * Specification of product parameters; * System and process certification for validation of specified parameters; * Specification of product commercial performance indicators; * Monitoring of product commercial, operational, and financial performance indicators; * Analysis of product commercial, operational, and financial performance; * Customer lifecycle management; * Institutional communication management; * Operational analysis of laws and regulations; * Operational analysis of contracts. We are looking for candidates who have: * Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields; * Experience in financial products and services, preferably in retail; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong analytical, creative, synthesis, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
