The Challenges Awaiting You Are: * Monitor scheduling and execution of finished product shipments and internal transfers; * Present and track operational indicators (OTS, OTIF, OTD) for efficiency analysis of operations; * Collaborate with production and PCP to understand demands and priorities, ensuring necessary shipments are available for operations; * Logistically organize deliveries by defining optimal times and routes to maximize time and cost efficiency; * Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient pickup and delivery; * Negotiate and contract transportation carriers to achieve better pricing, service quality, and appropriate delivery timelines; * Monitor the market to ensure freight contracts are competitive and comply with safety and quality specifications; * Interact with the billing department to align deliveries with issued invoices; * Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demands and plan deliveries to meet agreed timelines and conditions; * Continuously monitor the logistics process, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions for operational issues; * Ensure all logistics operations comply with applicable laws and regulations; * Maintain effective communication with the sales team by providing lead times and delivery status updates to the end customer; * Define improvements and monitor logistics demands to achieve targets and enhance processes. 2511090202181046527
