Focus on continuous improvement of processes and corporate governance We are seeking an **Internal Controls Analyst** to provide technical and operational support for internal controls, risk management, and compliance, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the strengthening of the organization’s corporate governance. The professional will liaise with various company departments, supporting the Internal Controls Manager and the Executive Board, ensuring adherence to internal policies, standards, and applicable laws and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute tests and evaluations of internal controls across company processes; * Map processes, risks, and controls, maintaining updated matrices and documentation; * Support identification and assessment of operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance risks; * Monitor internal control, risk, and compliance indicators; * Track action plans arising from audits, risks, and non-conformities; * Support preparation of managerial, internal controls, and compliance reports; * Verify process adherence to internal policies and applicable legislation; * Support internal and external audits; * Guide and support business areas in adopting and improving internal controls; * Contribute to promoting a culture of internal controls, integrity, and governance. Requirements * Degree or experience in **Accounting, Business Administration, Controllership, Auditing**, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **internal controls, risk management, and compliance**; * Familiarity with accounting principles and tax implications; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in **Excel** and ease of use with information systems.
