Develop reports and dashboards for productivity **Job Objective** Transform operational, commercial, and customer behavioral data into strategic information that supports decision-making, increases sales, improves store efficiency, and contributes to echope's sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and analyze sales, inventory, margin, average transaction value, and store performance data * Develop periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with key business indicators * Identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities based on data * Support the definition of commercial goals and performance tracking * Analyze product performance (turnover, seasonality, profitability) * Map customer purchasing behavior and suggest actions to increase conversion and loyalty * Support assortment, pricing, and promotion decisions * Create dashboards and automate reports to improve productivity * Collaborate with departments such as operations, procurement, marketing, and finance * Ensure reliability and standardization of company-used information **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Accuracy and reliability of reported data * Report delivery and update timeliness * Impact of analyses on decisions and results (e.g., increased sales, reduced stockouts, improved margin) * Evolution of key indicators (average transaction value, inventory turnover, stockouts, sell-out) * Level of automation and efficiency in analytical processes **Technical Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets * Experience in data analysis and report development * Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Basic database knowledge (SQL is a plus) * Analytical ability and logical reasoning * Retail data experience is a plus **Behavioral Competencies** * Critical thinking and business acumen * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and attention to detail * Clear and concise communication (translating data into actions) * Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent demands * Ease of interaction across different departments **Advantages for echope** * Experience in high-turnover retail (beverages, convenience stores, food) * Experience in physical store and/or delivery operations * Ability to propose practical solutions (not just analyses) * Hands-on profile with execution focus
