




Responsible for transforming data into business intelligence, supporting sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams in decision-making; Act strategically by generating alerts, identifying risks and opportunities, segmenting customer portfolios, and proposing actions to drive growth across customers, categories, and channels. Structure and analyze sales, customer, category, and channel data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy; Ensure the use of AI to optimize analytical processes and information distribution; Segment the customer portfolio (e.g., bakeries, ice cream shops, bars, restaurants) to identify the optimal product mix for each profile; Map key customers per sales representative and identify customers with growth potential (classified by purchasing potential); Develop daily/weekly/monthly alerts for the commercial team, such as: at-risk customers, declining purchase volume, disrupted purchase frequency, loss of average transaction value; Produce analyses that support sales representatives and leaders in prospecting, retention, and portfolio expansion strategies; Monitor major contracts, commercial agreements, and sales campaigns (JBP); Present insights clearly and practically, transforming data into actionable steps; Participate in commercial meetings, bringing relevant alerts, data, and opportunities; Monitor purchasing behavior across digital channels; Generate internal team alerts regarding: abandoned shopping carts, traffic or conversion declines, customers shifting to digital channels, and opportunities for activation and recovery; Collaborate with the marketing department to identify trends, campaign demands, and communication opportunities; Create and structure processes that improve data usage and quality; Conduct in-depth analyses to guide decisions on portfolio, pricing, campaigns, and promotional activities; Act as an agent to enhance leadership’s analytical capabilities; Utilize analytical tools (Excel, Power BI or similar) to generate business intelligence and dashboards; Translate technology and data into practical, business-applicable solutions; Propose continuous improvements to systems, processes, and KPIs. **Requirements and additional job information:** * Degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration with emphasis on Business Intelligence or Commercial Management, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience with Power BI, AI, Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas, and ERP systems (Winthor preferred); * Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets, CRM experience; * Knowledge of Analytics and Business Intelligence, Customer Success are advantageous; * On-site work – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break; * Willingness to work at the distribution center located at Rua Dante Ferezin, No. 400 – Distrito Industrial Pref.
