As a Senior Analyst, you will support automation and continuous improvement projects related to Human Resources processes, following procedures across Latin American countries, while contributing to identifying digitalization opportunities and supporting the implementation of solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate on projects aimed at process efficiency and quality; * Support the development and maintenance of automations within the Human Resources catalog; * Participate in identifying improvements and digital solutions; * Support documentation and tracking of automation projects. **Required Knowledge:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced English highly desirable; * Intermediate Excel skills desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Power Platform would be a plus; * Knowledge of automation and digitalization tools; * Knowledge of KNIME would be a plus; * Project Management knowledge would be a plus; * Interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to work in a multifunctional environment. **What will contribute to your success?** * Attention to detail and analytical ability; * Proactivity, autonomy, and service and deliverables orientation; * Adaptability; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Curiosity and willingness to learn.
