




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Previous experience in backoffice operations, preferably in the financial market or investment advisory; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Ancord certification required. * Provide operational support in individual and corporate client registrations: opening, maintenance, updates, registration changes, addition/removal of attorneys, and adjustments in joint accounts; * Analyze and monitor custody transfers, ensuring correct process execution and optimizing company acquisition; * Perform asset transfers between ownerships, validating documents and providing guidance to the sales team; * Analyze financial transactions and registration changes in Insurance products, including portability analysis; * Handle and support legal holds, acting as an interface between Sales, Backoffice, Compliance, and XP Investimentos; * Solve issues related to Banco XP, including cards, digital accounts, express redemptions, and other operations; * Diagnose and forward technical issues on the platform, registration adjustments, and access permissions; * Monitor tickets with XP Investimentos; * Provide operational support in credit, performing quotes, document analysis, and assistance in processes related to guarantees and contracts; * Execute application and redemption operations, ensuring accuracy in processes. 2510220202531743207
