




Description: * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. * Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or customer relationship management. * Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems. * Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions about services, events, membership plans, and other topics, delivering information and clarifying doubts. * Present the company’s offerings to customers, highlighting their benefits and key features.
