Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key challenges as a Commercial Agent include:** * Planning, implementing, and executing external lead generation activities; * Ensuring execution of actions that generate qualified leads; * Ensuring progression of candidates in your portfolio through each stage of the sales funnel (from registered applicants to academic enrollment); * Gaining comprehensive knowledge of all undergraduate programs (fields of study and courses); * Participating in internal and external events and initiatives; * Working commercially, consultatively, and with excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Preferably prior experience in commercial roles and lead generation services; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * High energy, integrity, and resilience; * Valid driver’s license (CNH); * Personal vehicle. **Additional Information** Work Location: Ribeirão Preto/SP Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:50 PM **At Estácio, you’ll find:** * Tuition scholarships of up to 100%, for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
