**YOUR DAILY WORK IN THE FOREST**
* **Ensure execution of workshop maintenance activities, guaranteeing service quality, productivity, and safety;**
* **Plan, guide, and monitor preventive, corrective maintenance, and interventions on equipment and components, ensuring adherence to established technical standards;**
* Manage materials, spare parts, and resources required for maintenance activities, tracking equipment repair workflows;
* **Monitor maintenance performance indicators, identifying deviations and implementing improvement actions to increase asset reliability and availability;**
* Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and recorded working hours in service orders, guaranteeing data quality entered into management systems;
* Monitor and advise suppliers and service providers, ensuring technical, operational, and quality compliance of delivered services;
* **Promote compliance with safety regulations, encouraging preventive practices, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adoption of safe behaviors in the workplace.**
**Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FOR THIS JOURNEY?**
* **Completed technical education or ongoing undergraduate studies in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields;**
* **Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance;**
* **Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B;**
* Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control will be considered a plus;
* Experience in fleet and heavy equipment maintenance, along with knowledge of maintenance management systems, Power BI, and Excel, will be considered a plus.
