Job Summary: The Gate Agent will control access for people and vehicles, safeguard company assets, and maintain order at their post, ensuring the safety and organization of the premises. We have been certified for the seventh consecutive year as one of the best companies to work for \- GPTW. **Gate Agent** Control access for individuals entering the facility; Verify and guide staff regarding proper use of identification badges, permitting entry only after proper identification; Control vehicle access to facility premises, requiring all visiting and supplier vehicles to stop; direct visitors and suppliers to the Reception area; Monitor pedestrian flow; Safeguard company assets; Observe unusual noises or movements and request backup when necessary; Maintain custody and control of materials under their responsibility; Maintain order at their service post; Contact responsible personnel upon arrival of suppliers and third parties; prevent removal of materials without written authorization; Maintain an updated internal extension list; **Requirements**: * Certified Security Guard training; * Proven prior experience in this role; * Driver's License (Category B); * Flexible availability for shift work **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience in the hospitality sector. * Customer service techniques. .
