**Position: Internal Sales Representative** **Responsibilities:** Attend to customers via WhatsApp and telephone Reactivate inactive customers Prepare quotations and close sales Clarify customer inquiries regarding products, prices, delivery times, and commercial terms Prospect new customers and maintain the existing customer portfolio Promote promotions and new offerings Monitor order progress (production, invoicing, delivery) Inform customers about delivery timelines and status Resolve any issues or pending matters **Personal Characteristics and Competencies:** Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability Organization and results orientation **Experience:** Sales experience (in the electrical/lighting sector) **Salary:** R$ 2,003.00 + commission **Benefits:** VT; VA R$ 300.00; AM (40% covered by the company + co-payment); AO; Pharmacy Benefit; Basic Food Basket Location: Company located in República.
