It is necessary to develop skills and competencies that enable critical thinking, assertiveness, communication, emotional balance, and self-awareness. * Manage your time effectively to develop both academically and within the company where you are employed; * Communicate clearly and assertively, establishing empathy with the people you interact with; **Requirements:** * Be aged between 15 and 18 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * **Mandatory requirements and documents**: Work card; ID card (RG); CPF; voter registration card; military service certificate (for men over 18 years); * Reside in Cabrália/Coroa Vermelha; * Availability for the afternoon shift.
