And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! **About the position:** The Utilities Supervisor is responsible for managing utility systems operations, including the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), compressed air systems, steam generation, refrigeration systems, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). This role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and decision\-making skills, as well as solid technical knowledge of utility systems, technical regulations (NR\-13) and supplier management. **Key responsibilities include:** * Supervise the utilities operators and electromechanical technicians team; * Supervise the receipt and inspection of maintenance materials, ensuring compliance with specifications; * Supervise outsourced service contracting, from quotation to commencement of activities, ensuring quality; * Supervise utility systems (water, compressed air, refrigeration, steam, and effluents), ensuring operational efficiency and cost control; * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems; * Manage supplier contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and appropriate costs; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Develop, monitor, and control the utilities budget; * Identify improvement opportunities, promoting increased efficiency and cost reduction; * Lead, develop, and train the team; * Monitor and report key performance indicators (energy, water, compressed air, and costs); * Monitor operational variables and conduct technical analyses; * Participate in internal, external, and certification audits; * Procure raw materials and prepare requisitions; * Participate in utility\-related projects and technical studies. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree or equivalent (Engineering will be considered an advantage); * **Certifications:** NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * **Knowledge:** Experience in supplier management, budgeting, and maintenance. **Location: Itabuna\-BA Factory** At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity \& Inclusion.
